Do you see the novice instructor next to you? He has a yellow question mark on his head, which means he can receive the task from him. Let's left click on him and see what tasks will be assigned to us.
The novice instructor is teaching us how to play games. At the bottom of the conversation, there is a title, which is the task we can receive. [lv1] represents the level of the task, and the "novice guidance dialogue" is the name of the task.
Click on the task title and a new dialog box will pop up, which is the description of the task. He asked us to go find the armor dealer. It seems that this errand is still worth it, and there is a reward for good shoes. Don't hesitate, click 'accept'!
Eh, the taskbar is missing? Don't worry, take a look at the information bar at the bottom right. Is there a text indicating that we have already taken on this task. If you want to see the taskbar again, click "Task" in the right menu bar. Pressing the shortcut key Q can also open it.
Did you see? The task just received from the novice instructor appears in our taskbar. This task belongs to the "plot" category, so it appears in the "plot" task column. You can also receive other different types of tasks in the future. Completing this task is also easy. In the task description, there is a prominent green "[Armor Merchant] Udeus" character. Left click on it, and our character will automatically run to the armor merchant's side.
Look, we automatically ran to the armor dealer! His head is adorned with a yellow exclamation mark, indicating that he has a task to reply to here, which is the one we just received. Let's try clicking on him with the left button and take a look.
There is indeed a prompt box for completing the task. The word 'deliverable' after the task name indicates that our task has been completed. Just ask him to deliver it directly.
Click on it and the text for completing the task will appear. He is praising us as dear warriors and also rewarding us with a shoe! Choose one yourself. Left click on a shoe and click 'Finish' to easily complete this task.
What if an NPC with a yellow question mark on their head cannot be seen after completing a task? It's very simple. Do you see the "search task" next to the "current task"? Click on it, and all the tasks that meet our level and can be claimed will appear here. Click on the task name in "Find Tasks" again, and the automatic pathfinding will automatically bring us to the task NPC. Of course, this task requires NPC to be on the same map as us! |
